Bachelor parties, parties or celebrations with loud music are prohibited.

Check in will take place after 4pm and check out before 11am.

Cancellation policy and tourist tax

Cancellation policy

The reservation cancellation policy will vary depending on the time remaining for your stay:

– 4 months before the reservation: free cancellation.
– Between 1 and 4 months before the reservation: 50% of the reservation price will be refunded.
– Less than one month before the reservation: it cannot be cancelled and therefore no refunds will be given.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax of €1/person is included in the price.

Deposit

Can Jan's deposit is €300. It will be returned with the same payment method when leaving the house.
